Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using soulvirtues.wiki (the “Site”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Fan-Made Project Disclaimer

Soul Virtues Wiki is an independent fan project inspired by the video games Undertale and Deltarune, created by Toby Fox. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Toby Fox or any related rights holders. All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property related to Undertale and Deltarune belong to their respective owners.

The “soul virtues” concept and associated colors are used for fan interpretation and entertainment purposes only.

3. Entertainment Purpose Only

The Soul Virtues test is a fun, self-reflection quiz. It is not a psychological, medical, or clinical assessment. Results should not be used to diagnose, treat, or evaluate any mental health condition.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not:

  • Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation
  • Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Copy, scrape, or redistribute our original quiz questions or content without permission
  • Use official Undertale or Deltarune assets, logos, or branding in a way that suggests affiliation

5. Intellectual Property

The original quiz questions, text, design, and code of this Site are owned by Soul Virtues Wiki unless otherwise stated. You may share links to the Site and your personal results, but you may not reproduce large portions of the content without permission.

6. No Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, error-free, or accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Virtues Wiki and its operators will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
