Soul Virtues Wiki

Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 22, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using soulvirtues.wiki (the “Site”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Fan-Made Project Disclaimer

Soul Virtues Wiki is an independent fan project inspired by the video games Undertale and Deltarune, created by Toby Fox. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Toby Fox or any related rights holders. All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property related to Undertale and Deltarune belong to their respective owners.

The “soul virtues” concept and associated colors are used for fan interpretation and entertainment purposes only.

3. Entertainment Purpose Only

The Soul Virtues test and any Soul Archetype Report are fun, self-reflection tools. They are not psychological, medical, clinical, or professional assessments. Results should not be used to diagnose, treat, evaluate, or make decisions about mental health, employment, insurance, lending, or any other high-risk matter.

4. AI-Generated Content

The paid Soul Archetype Report is generated by an AI model based on your quiz scores. While we design prompts and structure the output, the specific text is machine-generated. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not apply to every individual. All reports are for entertainment and self-reflection only.

5. Payments and Digital Products

The Site offers a one-time digital product, the Soul Archetype Report, for $4.99 USD. Payments are processed by Creem.io through its payment partners (such as Stripe or PayPal).

We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

After a successful payment, you will receive a unique access link to view your report. The link is your proof of purchase. Keep it safe. We also recommend saving it to your browser bookmarks.

6. License and Use of Reports

When you purchase a report, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and download it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or use reports to train commercial AI models.

7. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not:

  • Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation
  • Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Copy, scrape, or redistribute our original quiz questions or content without permission
  • Use official Undertale or Deltarune assets, logos, or branding in a way that suggests affiliation
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass the report access token validation

8. Intellectual Property

The original quiz questions, text, design, and code of this Site are owned by Soul Virtues Wiki unless otherwise stated. You may share links to the Site and your personal results, but you may not reproduce large portions of the content without permission.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. In general, digital reports are non-refundable once delivered, but we will refund or resend if the report was never generated or the access link does not work.

10. No Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, error-free, or accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Virtues Wiki and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our maximum liability for any paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
