Soul Virtues Wiki (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website soulvirtues.wiki (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our fan-made quiz, virtue guide, and optional paid Soul Archetype Report.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Your answers to the 66-question or 30-question quiz.
- Your email address, if you choose to enter it on the report page to receive a copy of your Soul Archetype Report.
- Payment-related information such as your name, billing country or postal code, email, transaction ID, and purchase status when you buy a report.
We do not directly collect or store your full payment card number. Card payments are handled by Creem and its payment partners (Stripe or PayPal).
Information Stored Locally
Your quiz progress and most recent result are stored in your browser’s LocalStorage. This data stays on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Information Collected Automatically
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand aggregated usage.
- Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.
- It collects only aggregated data such as page views, referral sources, device type, browser type, and country-level location.

2. Information We Do Not Collect
- Exact GPS location
- Uploaded files or images
- Account credentials (we do not operate a login system)
- Full payment card numbers
3. How We Use Information
- To save your quiz progress while you take the test
- To display your most recent result when you return to the Site
- To process payments and unlock your Soul Archetype Report
- To email your report if you provide an email address
- To improve the Site based on anonymous usage patterns
- To respond to support requests and handle refunds or disputes

5. Data Processing and Retention
- Quiz progress and results: stored only in your browser’s LocalStorage. We do not keep a copy on our servers.
- Payment records: retained by Creem and by us as necessary for order fulfillment, refunds, and disputes.
- AI-generated reports: stored in Cloudflare D1/R2 and accessible through your unique token link. Access links are valid for 90 days from purchase; you can request a re-send to your email at any time.
- Email addresses: kept only as long as needed to deliver reports and respond to support requests. You can request deletion at any time.
6. Your Choices and Rights
- You can clear LocalStorage data at any time through your browser settings.
- You can block Plausible Analytics using browser extensions that block scripts or by disabling JavaScript.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@soulvirtues.wiki.
- Marketing or report-delivery emails include an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails related to your order cannot be unsubscribed from until the order is complete.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for users age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has made a purchase, we will refund the order and delete the related data.
8. International Visitors
The Site is hosted in the United States and primarily intended for English-speaking users. By using the Site, you understand that your data may be processed in jurisdictions with different privacy laws than your own.
9. Cookie and Similar Technologies
We do not use traditional analytics cookies. We use LocalStorage and sessionStorage to save quiz progress and results. Third-party services such as Cloudflare and Creem may set cookies or session identifiers required for security, payment sessions, or fraud prevention. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
