Refund Policy

1. Digital Product

The Soul Archetype Report is a digital product. Once the report is generated and the access link is delivered, the product is considered consumed.

2. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• The report was never generated;
• The access link or download does not work after troubleshooting;
• The report email was not delivered and resending does not resolve the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot offer refunds if:

• You have already viewed or downloaded the full report;
• The purchase was made by mistake but the report has been delivered;
• You change your mind after accessing the content.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@soulvirtues.wiki with your order email and Creem order or transaction ID. We will respond within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Creem back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and may take 5-10 business days.

6. Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of repeated abuse, such as downloading the report and then requesting multiple refunds.
